180 lots set to go under the hammer at Bonhams Fine Jewellery Sale

180 lots are set to go under the hammer in Bonhams New York Fine Jewelry sale this Septembe with Magnificent diamonds, Kashmir sapphires, Colombian emeralds and signed jewelry featurered. “A Superb Diamond Ring” will be leading the sale. The 16.90 carats step-cut diamond is set with round brilliant-cut diamond shoulders and is estimated at $1,600,000-2,200,000. The diamond is certified as D color, Internally Flawless and classified as Type IIa,

Another notable lot is “An Important Sapphire and Diamond Ring”, an oval-shaped sapphire, weighing 7.54 carats, set within a surround of round brilliant-cut diamonds, estimated at US$ 375,000-575,000. The sale will also feature signed pieces such as jewelry by Harry Winston, Cartier, René Lalique and David Webb.
